Find out more about us at www.neotalentconclusion.com. Role Overview:We are looking for a  to integrate our teams and contribute to the development, maintenance Senior Fullstack Developer, and evolution of enterprise-grade Java applications. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, combining strong back-end expertise with modern front-end development, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. What you will do:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications using the Struts framework

Implement robust and user-friendly front-end solutions, ensuring high standards of UI/UX, accessibility, responsiveness, and performance

• Develop and optimise database logic using PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, functions, and complex SQL queries
• Maintain and enhance existing systems, including applications with complex cron tables and automated scripts

Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to coding, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and other developers to define and deliver effective solutions
• Perform code reviews, identify improvements, and promote best practices in code quality and architecture
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently in complex environments

Stay up to date with Java technologies, front-end trends, and software engineering best practices. What you are like:Experienced in full stack development with strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application design

Proficient in front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (experience with React.js or Next.js is a plus)

• Skilled in working with the Struts framework and maintaining legacy and complex Java systems

Proficient in PostgreSQL, including the design and optimisation of stored procedures, functions, and database performance

• Comfortable working with Linux environments, cron tables, and automated scripts
• Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows
• Autonomous, rigorous, and highly committed to delivering high-quality results
• Curious, proactive, and motivated to explore new technologies and propose innovative solutions
• Analytical, critical, and constructive when assessing technical solutions
• A strong problem-solver with great attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs
