Car Rental Agent (Funchal)

Location: Av. Arriaga 75, São Martinho, 9000-064 FunchalSchedule: Rotating shifts - 4 workdays of 10 hours each and 2 days off. Shifts from 08h00 to 18h00What we offer:Salary up to 3000 euros gross (fix salary meal card performance bonuses)Full paid 2 weeks training period in Lisbon (transportation, accommodation and day allowance - if needed)Health insurance at discounted priceEmployee discount for car rentalReal opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Potential for relocation or international experienceResponsibilitiesEnsuring an impeccable customer service
• Selling additional services to customers
• Delivering the rental cars to customers
• Carefully filling up the rental contract
• Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages
• Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers
• Carefully completing the return contract
• Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers
• Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.

Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer serviceMandatory driving license (B category)Proficiency in Portuguese and EnglishHardworking, ambitious, extroverted, and integrity-driven personalityExcellent customer service and sales skills, along with attention to detailStrong communication, time management, teamwork, and computer skills.
