Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer

• TARBASE is hiring a Senior Smart Automation & Agentic AI Developer (Dataiku) to join the team.

Requirements:- Bs in Computer Science, Engineering, another science or equivalent experience- 10+ years of experience in software development, process automation or data engineering- Mandatory certification on the Dataiku platform (Developer or Advanced Developer)- Expert in Dataiku for data pipelines, workflow automation, orchestration and integration with APIs and external systems- Experience with Dataiku LLM Mesh to integrate LLMs into automated workflows- Experience designing and implementing AI agents to execute or assist tasks within automated processes- Strong foundation in prompt engineering (structuring, contextualization, instruction and constraint management)- Ability to code and script (Python)- Experience with Git, CI/CD and DevOps / deployment automationSoft skills:- Technical leadership and innovation mindset- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good communication skills (Fluent English written and spoken)- Team playerNice to have:- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)- Familiarity with workflow governance, monitoring and deployment automation- Experience defining development and architecture standards for automation- Experience mentoring junior technical profilesWhat we offer:- Great private health insurance- Extra Training & Certification programs + Labs + Copilot- Integration in a fast-growing company full of young and dynamic peoplePolicy:- We maintain a strict no-assholes policy.
