Porto-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week)As a Junior Salesforce Support Analyst, You will join the Salesforce Factory team (BA, DEV, and QA) to help develop new features and support the Salesforce platform .
Your main responsibilities:Provide first-level functional and technical support to end-users for all Salesforce-related inquiries via email, ticketing system, or phone.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce issues, including data integrity concerns, user access problems, and configuration errors.
Document all support requests, resolutions, and user feedback in the ticketing system to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
Support basic system administration activities, such as creating/deactivating users and managing profiles and permission sets.
You're ideal for this role if you have:1–3 years of experience in a Salesforce support role or a similar CRM support environment.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
