Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions aligned with Business Central's standard out-of-the-box functionalities.

Document workflows, functional requirements, and technical specifications.ERP Implementation Oversight  Act as the bridge between end-users, management, and the implementation partner.

  • Validate configurations, parametrizations, and custom developments.
  • Define and test UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios.
  • Support data migration and data validation activities.
  • Change Management  Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions and ensure system adoption by operational teams.
  • Ongoing Functional Support  Provide post-go-live operational support.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Support integrations with third-party applications. requisitos/requirementsProven experience in ERP implementation – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft NAV, SAP, or SAGE X3 (Preference: 2+ years).

  • Functional knowledge of: Manufacturing/Production: BOMs, Routings, MPS/MRP, production reporting.
  • Logistics: Receiving, picking, WMS, transfer orders, inventory management.
  • Retail: POS, pricing structures, campaigns, item and store management.
  • Ability to write functional specifications for configuration and development.
  • Experience in functional testing, UAT, and post-implementation support.
  • Valued Technical Skills (Nice to Have)  Nice to have: Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Experience with Business Central APIs / Web Services.
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
