IT House is looking for a System Operator for a direct placement with an end client in the digital marketing sector.Main ResponsabilitiesConfigure technical settings for email campaigns
Monitor and optimise key deliverability metrics, including inbox placement, delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints
- Maintain and protect domain and IP reputation
- Identify and resolve deliverability issues, ISP blocks, and blocklist incidents
- Analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions when required
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on deliverability performance.
RequirementsDegree, technical course, or at least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
- Basic HTML knowledge to identify common email coding and rendering issues
- Understanding of key email deliverability metrics and performance monitoring
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
