Your main responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirementsDevelop and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and story maps to guide development teamsCreate comprehensive tests documentation and oversee test execution to ensure solution qualityWrite and update functional and technical documentation aligned with project needsCommunicate effectively with both business and technical teams to facilitate understanding and implementation of requirementsDesign and execute SQL queries, interpret database models to support analysis and decision-makingUnderstand and contribute to the technical architecture and system design discussionsAct proactively and independently to address issues and propose improvements within Agile projectsYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial servicesFluency in French (C1) and good command of English (B2/C1)Solid experience in requirements analysis, user stories, story mapping, and test documentationStrong technical skills, including SQL and database modelingGood understanding of technical architecture and Agile methodologiesExcellent communication skills and a proactive, autonomous work approachIt is a strong plus if you have: (optional)Experience within the banking industryFamiliarity with parametrization and configuration processesLanguage Required for the role:Fluent in English (Communicative level)Proficient in French (C1 level)Eligibility to work in Europe:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
