Senior Change Management Consultant – Financial Services

As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization establishing a high-impact internal consulting unit under BPCE Consulting Group in Paris. Your expertise in change management and coaching will be central to supporting major transformation initiatives, fostering team development, and shaping innovative consulting practices. Your main responsibilities:Design and execute effective change management strategies for key strategic and integration projects.

• Drive change adoption by aligning teams and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of complex initiatives.

Provide individual and group coaching to leaders and staff to enhance change leadership and facilitate transformation processes.

Utilize certified coaching techniques to support decision-making, problem-solving, and skills development for senior executives.

• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and balancing competing interests.
• Promote and expand the change management and coaching services within the internal consulting team.
• Contribute to the development of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing and developing the internal consulting team in Portugal.
• You're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and certified coaching.
• Proven track record working within or alongside international financial groups.
• Fluency in English and French (both mandatory).
• Experience in building and developing consulting teams is highly desirable.
• Banking sector experience is a plus.
• It is a strong plus if you have:Additional certifications in project management or leadership coaching.
• Experience with large-scale transformation tools and methodologies.
• Language Required for the role:Fluent in English and French.
