- What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and analyze technical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform structured root cause analysis and implement effective resolutions for incidents
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes within the solutions managed by the team
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure knowledge sharing and provide support for development initiatives
- Participate in the definition and implementation of appropriate support models, including knowledge transfer for newly implemented systems and processes
- Maintain and continuously improve functional and technical process documentation, procedures, and workflows.
- What we are looking for
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience working in specialized application support or technical support teams
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the following technologies (in order of importance):PL/SQL, .NET, Pro*C, Shell Scripting, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms & Reports
- Availability to participate in a 24x7 on-call/standby rotation
- Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues involving multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Retail and Supply Chain Management processes is highly desirable
- Familiarity with containerization technologies is considered a plus.
