Role Overview:We are looking for an Business Support Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by cutting-edge technology and high-performance teams.

You will be responsible for providing the support of an internal platform acting as a point of contact to resolve tickets and monitor errors on the platform, ensuring it is working properly.

• It's an hybrid model.

What you will do:Platform Administration: Work with the central team to respond to requests from entities, such as issuing invoices or providing technical support.

Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor errors, report issues to entities, and ensure everything is integrated and functional within the platform.

• Documentation: Create and maintain platform-related documentation, such as user guides (e.g. steps to create a user).

Training and Workshops: Organize and conduct training and workshops for internal entities, promoting efficient use of the platform.

• Testing: Conduct testing related to the different components of the platform, ensuring its quality and functionality.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with internal entities to understand needs and resolve issues.
• What you are like:Professional experience in similar roles in IT projects
• Experience with Jira, Servicenow will be valued
• Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is required.
