• Requirements:-Be from Braga and attend to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, at least
• - Experience with delivery a medium/large team (15+) using Agile methodologies
• - Knowledge and experience of Service Delivery in Cloud (AWS) very nice to have.
• Key responsibilities:- Management of the Service
• - Planning of resources for and scheduling of Contractor’s activities
• - Drafting regular status reports about KPIs/SLA fulfilment
• - Propose, discuss and implement measures for Contractor’s optimization
• - Coordination and resolution of escalations and critical issues
• - Optimisation of resources
• - Planning of activities, such as deployments, tests, etc.
