ERP Financial Analyst

We are looking for a ERP Financial Analyst to join the team of our client - a reference company in the automotive sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP systemVerify and ensure process and documentation complianceMaintain and update ERP data recordsProvide administrative support to the IT Finance functionSupport internal users, clarifying operational questionsPerform financial and operational data analysis using ExcelOrganize information and support control/audit processes What is required from you?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Information TechnologyProven experience in administrative roles involving ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Fluent English (daily use, both written and spoken)Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracyGood communication skills and ability to collaborate internallyHigh level of autonomy and sense of responsibility Sounds like you?
