Project Manager – Spanish speaker

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team of our client - a reference company in the automotive sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?Lead application implementation projects, with a strong focus on SAPManage application deployments (not development), ensuring integration of solutions delivered by third partiesDrive end-to-end SAP projects (planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization)Define and execute detailed, results-driven project plans, aligned and shared with the teamCoordinate cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment, execution, and accountabilityAct as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders in the U.S.

Ensure proper governance, regular reporting, and risk mitigationSupport the team and remove operational blockers (hands-on when needed)Ensure effective knowledge transfer during transition/overlap periods What is required from you?Senior Project Manager with strong experience in international environmentsSolid background in SAP implementations and project deliveryProven experience in application deployment (vs. development)Strong experience in team coordination and execution deliveryExperience managing senior stakeholdersExperience with global or multi-country SAP rolloutsExposure to manufacturing environments (e.g., Mexico plants)Frequent interaction with U.S.-based teams and business partnersPreferable Native Spanish or very strong Spanish speaking (mandatory)Fluent English (mandatory)  Sounds like you?
