Find out more about us at www.neotalentconclusion.com. Role OverviewWe are looking for an OutSystems Developer to integrate our teams into a client within the insurance sector, contributing to the development and evolution of critical digital solutions that support core insurance business processes. What you will do:Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using the OutSystems platform

• Participate in the full application lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support
• Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
• Ensure best practices in application architecture, performance, and security

Identify and fix bugs, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What you are like:Proficient in OutSystems development, including web and/or mobile applications

• Good understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and relational databases
• Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiar with integration with external systems (APIs, web services)
• Experience in the insurance domain or complex business environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international context
