IT House is looking for a Junior IT Support for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.Main ResponsabilitiesSupport & independently resolve product-specific inquiries of our software systems
- Manage and monitor tickets according to service level agreements
- Prepare and monitor the weekly deployment process
- Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, management of master data and analysis of data
- Independent error analysis, including reproduction in a test environment if required and escalation when necessary
- On-call duty after adequate training.
- RequirementsCareer change with professional experience or completed training in IT
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset are desirable
- High IT affinity with an eagerness to learn new things and finding joy in solving technical challenges
- Ability to work under pressure with organised and analytical methods
- Good knowledge of English.
