Raftech is looking for an experienced EasyVista professional to support the management and continuous evolution of an ITSM platform, acting as a key point of contact between the client and technical teams.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on requests/incidents coming through the EasyVista platformWork closely with ITSM leaders to review backlog items and distribute tasksSupport two main streams of activity:Platform maintenance and corrective actionsPlatform evolution and implementation of new client requirementsAct as the main operational contact for the clientHandle simpler requests directly within EasyVista whenever possibleAdminister and configure the EasyVista platformProvide functional and operational support to stakeholdersMandatory RequirementsHands-on experience with EasyVista administration and configurationStrong knowledge of ITSM processesExperience managing requests, tickets, and backlog activitiesClient-facing experience and good communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage prioritiesExperience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance environmentsImportantExperience with EasyVista must go beyond end-user usage.
Candidates must have practical experience as an EasyVista Administrator, configurator, or technical/functional consultant.
