Senior Data EngineerIn this dynamic position, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines across multiple cloud environments, enabling data-driven decision-making at the highest level. Your expertise will help build robust data ecosystems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to support strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a data engineer with a proven track record of end-to-end data pipeline deliveryDeep expertise in designing and operating both real-time and batch data workflowsStrong proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, core services), GCP (BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage), or Azure (Databricks)Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and automationAdvanced Python development skills for building scalable software servicesSolid knowledge of modern data modeling methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault) including Star Schemas and Semantic ModelsExpertise in SQL and working with large datasetsExperience with data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and SparkFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as TerraformUnderstanding of streaming technologies like KafkaStrong collaboration skills and excellent command of EnglishNice to Have Skills:Experience with CI/CD workflows and version control systems (Git)Exposure to event-driven architecture and real-time analyticsKnowledge of advanced data security and governance practicesPreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fieldAt least 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering roles, ideally within fast-paced, collaborative environmentsOther Requirements:Based in PortugalWillingness to work in a multi-cloud environment, leveraging cross-cloud architectureAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishPassion for leveraging innovative data solutions and continuous learningEager to make an impact?
