Sobre a função

We are looking for a Operations Manager to join the team of our client - a reference company in the banking sector. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Manage and coordinate recurring operational activities that are not classified as projects, involving a certain degree of complexity (e.g., reconciliations, batch processes, operational validations)Oversee and lead the implementation and evolution of service and application monitoring mechanismsContinuously monitor service quality (SLA/SLO), ensuring adequate levels of availability and performanceMonitor and ensure quality and response times for users, ensuring that tickets are handled in a timely and effective mannerCoordinate incident and problem management, promoting root cause analysis and corrective actionsManage supplier relationships and ensure the management of operational contracts, including monitoring of SLAs and agreed-upon service levelsProduce and track operational indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to support decision-makingIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes What is required from you? At least 5 years of experience in IT operations rolesExperience in mission-critical environments (preferably in the financial sector)Knowledge of service management frameworks (ITIL-preferred)Experience in vendor and contract managementStrong organizational, prioritization, and operational oversight skills Sounds like you?
