Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!The amazing you, will have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - preferred.

Mandatory: 4–6 years of experience working on projects involving both Business and IT teams.
Mandatory: Previous experience in a technology-related role, such as Software Development or IT Consulting.
Fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Ability to quickly acquire a broad understanding of the insurance company's supporting information systems in order to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

Knowledge of functional analysis, process flow design, and use case modelling.
Strong ability to build consensus and drive change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders.
Strong analytical and functional skills.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, time management, and teamwork skills.
Ability to efficiently manage setbacks, contingencies, and tight deadlines.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Strong project and results-oriented mindset.
Available to attend the office at least twice per week.
