Mid QA Analyst Salesforce

• Validate Salesforce business processes, including Lead, Opportunity, Account, and Contact management workflows.

Test sales processes, stage progression, automated workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, and Apex-triggered logic.

Validate integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, including ERP systems, MuleSoft, Gorilla, data platforms, and communication services.

• Perform API testing using Postman, validating requests, responses, and data consistency across systems.
• Test asynchronous and event-driven processes to ensure reliability and business continuity.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
• Manage test data, including customer, contract, meter, tariff, billing, and account datasets.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sprint demonstrations, and release validation activities.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence, and impact assessment.

• Retest resolved defects and validate potential regression impacts.
• Monitor application quality and promote continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Strong API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience validating data consistency across multiple systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous testing practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
