 We’re hiring: GenAI Agentic AI Solution Architect – Design Scalable AI Systems We’re looking for a GenAI Solution Architect to join a large-scale international digital programme focused on designing and scaling LLM-driven solutions across multiple teams and business domainsThis is a high-impact role influencing both architectural direction and delivery speed, with a strong focus on scalability, reuse, and enterprise-grade GenAI capabilities Location: Remote  Your missionDesign end-to-end architectures for GenAI and LLM-based solutions across multiple use casesTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designsCollaborate with engineering and platform teams to guide implementation and reduce delivery risksCreate reusable architectural patterns including agents, pipelines, and orchestration layersSupport feasibility assessments, PoCs, and MVP planning across initiativesContribute to architectural governance and evolving platform standardsGuide teams on best practices for building GenAI systems  You bring4–10 years of experience designing AI-powered or LLM-based systemsStrong hands-on knowledge of GenAI architectures including RAG and vector databasesExperience designing agentic workflows and orchestration patternsStrong Python background and familiarity with modern AI stacksExperience with LangChain and/or LangGraphAbility to design modular, scalable architectures rather than monolithic systemsExperience integrating data pipelines, APIs, AI services, and user interfacesStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams  Nice to haveExperience in enterprise-scale AI or digital transformation programmesExposure to platform engineering or reusable AI solution frameworksExperience supporting PoCs and rapid MVP deliveryBackground in distributed, multi-team technology environments  What we offerSolid, competitive salaryLong-term B2B contract with a stable project pipelineComprehensive healthcareWork in a multinational environment on international projectsFully remote model Shape the future of enterprise GenAI platforms and design architectures that power intelligent systems at scalePlease send your CVs to k.ilkevich@madiff.eu.
