IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Manager to join the team of our client - logistics and transport sector. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Lead and develop the Infrastructure teamOversee the management and development of the following areas: helpdesk, internal support, servers, networks and securityEnsure service quality, SLAs, IT best practices and user satisfactionDrive process automation and infrastructure modernisationHelp define the roadmap, priorities, risk management and improvements to the cybersecurity postureSupport and ensure the continuity of core systems (e.g. internal ERP and legacy CRM), with a focus on stability, integrations and controlled evolution What is required from you? Solid experience in IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security, endpoints, support)Proven experience in managing technical teams (leadership, organisation, skills development and performance)Strong focus on automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvementAbility to switch between hands-on execution and strategic management (approx. 50/50)Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSense of responsibility, proactivity and focus on service qualityAvailability for a 100% on-site role In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting basic salary for this role is €50,000 gross per month.
