We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join the team of our cliente - mobility sector. What will be your main tasks and responsibilities? Technical Discovery & Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth discovery to understand business logic, technical infrastructure, and operational needs. Lead deep-dive sessions to scope both the business and technical implications of prospect requirements.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Navigate complex internal discussions with Product and Engineering leadership while maintaining clear, authoritative communication with external technical stakeholders. Bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering teams -evaluate feature requests and balance immediate client requirements against long-term product strategy.
Enterprise Consultative Selling: Deliver technical presentations to CTOs and business decision-makers with authority and strategic perspective. Ensure platform configuration aligns with client success metrics while positioning yourself as a credible strategic advisor.
Strategic Roadmap Development: Serve as the liaison between customer needs and our product vision. Manage feature requests and arbitrate between short-term customer "must-haves" and long-term innovation without losing competitive edge.RFP & Proposal Management: Own the complete RFP cycle. Craft compelling technical narratives that win enterprise deals -moving beyond form completion to communicate genuine value.AI-Driven Process Optimization: Identify operational improvements-internal and client-facing-keeping EMotion and our partners ahead of industry innovation. Apply forward-thinking, AI-first methodologies across all processes.
Industry Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of the fleet mobility industry to position yourself as a trusted advisor capable ofdelivering genuine business value to enterprise partners. What is required from you? 5+ years of PreSales or Solution Engineering in SaaS, serving Mid- Market or Enterprise clients.
Independent operator with confidence to provide strategic counsel, lead negotiations, and respectfully challenge assumptions.
Navigate sophisticated technical discussions (APIs, cloud architecture, AI/ML) while maintaining focus on business outcomes and ROI.
Professional fluency in English and Portuguese required. French or Spanish is strongly preferred. In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting basic salary for this role is €50,000 gross per year. In addition, there is a meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits.
