Find out more about us at www.neotalentconclusion.com. Role Overview:We are looking for a Product Manager to integrate our teams into a client in the retail and digital logistics ecosystem, joining a Product Management area focused on Logistics & Supply Chain. This role is part of a digital context responsible for the evolution of a broad portfolio of products that support supply chain operations, warehouses, and transportation, with strong interaction between technology and business areas. What you will do:Manage and evolve one or more products within the Logistics & Supply Chain domain, with a particular focus on Warehouses and Transportation

Work closely with Business Owners to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and propose suitable product solutions

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap of the products, ensuring their evolution in the medium and long term

Continuously assess the need for functional evolution, decommissioning, or replacement of products, ensuring alignment with business needs

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including other Product Managers, Engineering, and Support teams. What you are like:Experienced in Product Management / Product Ownership or similar roles, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or complex operational domains

• Proficient in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Comfortable working at a strategic level, with a strong focus on product evolution and value creation for the business

Able to think in a cross-product and end-to-end perspective, articulating multiple products to address complex business needs

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
