IT House is looking for a PowerBuilder Developer for a client in the software development sector within the automotive industry.
- ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize applications using PowerBuilder
- Develop and manage databases
- Collaborate in the development of .NET components (namely C#)
- Use version control systems (such as GIT) for efficient code management
- Provide support and maintenance for existing applications, identifying and resolving issues.
- ProfileStrong hands-on experience with PowerBuilder (real development experience is essential)
- Solid understanding of database development, ideally with Oracle and/or SQL Server
- Working knowledge of .NET technologies (C# is a plus), to complement PowerBuilder work when needed
- Experience using GIT or similar version control systems
Experience working in structured enterprise development environments, including the use of supporting tools and standard development processes
- Accounting knowledge or background on that matter will be valuable
- Good communication skills and the ability to integrate into a team with varied responsibilities
- English level (>B2 or equivalent)
- Additional languages such as French would be a plus
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle complexity
