Sobre a função

A professional cleaning products distribution company is seeking an employee to independently manage office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Order processing: Receiving and registering incoming customer orders.
  • Warehouse coordination: Forwarding orders to the warehouse for preparation and pickup.
  • Shipping logistics: Coordinating and managing outbound shipments.
  • Invoicing: Issuing delivery notes and sales invoices.
  • Accounts payable: Registering supplier delivery notes and incoming invoices.
  • External relations: Managing communications with the external accountant and payroll provider.
  • Expense management: Reviewing and processing salesmen’s expense reports.
  • Sales reporting: Preparing monthly sales statistics.
  • Archiving: Maintaining and organizing company archives and documentation. Skills & Qualifications: Good experience in a similar role. Excellent written and spoken English.
