You will communicate with our Cloud Manager and customers in a variety of industries, working with them to resolve any type of issue that arises from using our Doxis software as a service. ResponsibilitiesYou will run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments as neededYou will review Doxis Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability and document issues as appropriate to meet applicable SLAsYou will create scripts for operational automation and incident responseYou will work with development teams and professional services to resolve more complex issuesYou will deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public cloudsYou will contribute to the SOC2 certification process using industry standard methodologies You have interest in the following areasSystems administration in Linux/Unix and WindowsNetworking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)Scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, etc. Initial experience in the following areas is desirableCloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft AzureContainer orchestration with KubernetesInfrastructure as Code using TerraformSystems administration in Linux/Unix and WindowsNetworking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing, load balancing, SSH)Scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, or similarMonitoring, troubleshooting, and improving cloud system reliabilityYou are passionate about learning about the latest technologies, enjoy working in a team and communicating in English!
