You will be at the forefront of the recruitment and compliance process for Care Assistants.
Salary: €920 gross + Meal Allowance Card + Atractive Commission Plan
Location: Vale Formoso, Almancil
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Resolve all candidate queries and address them as needed through regular email and phone communication.
- Take a proactive approach to ensuring candidates remain 100% compliant with contracted services.
- Support the Recruitment Manager in maintaining efficient and accurate reporting systems.
- Conduct interviews and schedule training for selected candidates.
- Complete DBS, identity, and reference checks for new hires.
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Lives in the Almancil area
- Has worked in a social/healthcare enterprise
- Has knowledge of the recruitment process
- Enjoys fast-paced teamwork
- Ability to work toward objectives and strong communication skills
We're looking for someone who works well on their own initiative and, preferably, has some prior recruitment experience – although we can provide training for the right candidate.
